The idea for Our Date Jar was born in 2020 – right in the middle of a global pandemic and at the very beginning of our relationship. Georgi had just lost his job and we used this unexpected pause to rediscover the joy in simple things – long walks, spontaneous trips, late-night talks, and making each other laugh even when things were tough.
One day we grabbed an old cookie tin and started writing down fun date ideas on slips of paper – very simple ones, but with real meaning. It became our ritual. And over time – something much bigger.
The goal is simple: to break away from the everyday routine, reconnect with your partner, and have fun. The memories you create will stay with you and become stories you’ll tell for years to come.
Fun fact: The jar almost didn’t survive The Great Staircase Fall of 2021 – but love (and a little super glue) triumphed!
